Visit By Tim Simmons Council Byway Officer
Steve, John and Chris and a successful meeting with Tim. Our priority projects were discussed and Tim offered that the council will be able to provide drainage stone as required. He also mentioned that he could provide a digger to do some of the work after October. A separate report will be created listing actions from this meeting.
Quiz
Clare has had some posters created (by Clare at Cleobury Country) and these were distributed. Clare will contact SSRC to get a listing on their Facebook page. Posters need to be put up at suitable locations in the area.

Jo – Purchase wine and fruit juice.
Prize – Clare will provide a suitable pize for the winning team
Raffle – Yvonne has tickets
John and Lousie will provide prizes, Jo will provide a cake.

Main topic will be important routes that need to be opened up/protected etc. and what we can do.
